With CFO Tommaso Bianchi Fedrigoni, Intarget further strengthens the management team’s ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on performance, clarity, and consistency, ultimately facilitating discussions at the decision-making tables.
Intarget is growing and concurrently enhancing its managerial team with Tommaso Bianchi Fedrigoni, Chief Financial Officer, aimed at further bolstering the management’s decision-making ability through data, in a perspective of performance, clarity, and consistency to enhance conversations at decision-making tables.
These are the statements of our CEO, Nicola Gasperini: “A company thinking big knows that there is no growth without coordination: in our internationalization process, we need professionals who know how to utilize data and information to make strategic decisions, and Tommaso is certainly an expert in the field. The addition of a CFO with his characteristics will allow us to create a pragmatic plan for the future. We are an independent group, always ready to invest in partnerships to achieve the growth objectives we have set ourselves. We will put even greater focus on our innovation, research, and development processes, and Tommaso’s experience in financial planning will enable us to move with greater awareness and not disappoint the expectations of all our stakeholders.”
With a career in corporate finance, Tommaso Bianchi Fedrigoni boasts a background spent in medium to large international companies, in the USA and EU, from Ernst & Young, Bally, Jab Luxury, Jimmy Choo, Belstaff, Aldo, Philippe Plein to the position of Director of Finance at BIDAYAT in Switzerland.
Tommaso believes in the importance of leading business evolution through the implementation of clear processes, platforms, and a structure able to take into account complexity: “I am honored to join Intarget, I have found in Nicola Gasperini, Nicola Tanzini, and the entire team, a shared set of values that is not easy to find elsewhere: foresight, pragmatism that does not sacrifice thoughtful reflection, a general climate of serenity that pervades the work environment and translates into the attention given to employees day after day. It’s not at all taken for granted, at least from my personal experience: there is generally a great capacity for listening, positivity, enthusiasm, all elements that I greatly appreciate and that struck me immediately. I am convinced that on these foundations, we will build a fruitful and stimulating path in line with the company’s journey.”
In 2022, following the presentation of the “Innovating The Future” Manifesto, Intarget changed its legal form to Benefit Society formalizing a journey that started long ago and will lead our reality – born in Pisa in 2001 and now counting 4 additional offices in Milan, Rome, Lugano, and Shanghai – to obtain B Corp certification.
